Minimum opening order for new account is $250 net of the products cost and must be paid by Visa or Master Card. Charges are processed once the order is complete and left the wearhouse. Re-orders are only item minimums . All minimums are subject to change without notices.
Each individual certifies that he or she is a valid business entity and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
It is responsibility of each costumer insure we have updated shipping and billing information. If the shipment was refused or undelivarable we will demand pre-paid shipment.
Items not available at the time of the shipment will be backordered. Backorders will be added to subsequent order unless costumer instruct us otherwise.
All prices are wholesale prices and shown at Canadian dollar without taxes . All prices are subject to change without notices.
Orders that are cancelled after they have been packed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and plus all shipping cost incured.
Any refused of undeliverable shipments are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping cost insured.
CLAIMS/ RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
All claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Priced or Shopworn merchandised is not refundable.
Send us a picture of damaged items as soon as you detect damage. Preserve items from further damaged.
In order for Gajmoti of Canada to issue a refund the item must be:
returned in original package
packed appropriately for the safe shipping
make sure the items have all original packaging materials such as bubble wrap, white any-static “peanuts”, foam and other for safe travel.
Once we receive the properly packed items and in original package, the full refund will be issue in 24-48 business hours.
If the products are missing the original package, we reserve the right to refuse offering a refund.
If the products came completely shattered due to inappropriate packaging, no refund will be issued.
Non-defective merchandise returns incur a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping cost and must be returned within 14 business days of the purchase date.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Gajmoti of Canada reserves the right to send out an exchange unit, issue a refund, or provide store credit.
